Pernod Ricard USA and CL Financial Complete Sale of Lawrenceburg, Indiana Plant
Lawrenceburg, Ind., July 2, 2007 – Pernod Ricard USA and CL Financial today announced the completion of the sale of Pernod Ricard’s Lawrenceburg, Indiana facility. As previously disclosed, the agreement provides for ongoing employment for a portion of the workforce as well as Seagram’s Gin distilling and mellowing at the Lawrenceburg, Indiana facility under the supervision of the new owner, Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana, LLC. All bottling for Seagram’s Gin and Wild Turkey has moved to Pernod Ricard USA’s facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
