BARSMARTS
The industry-leading online bartender education program. This acclaimed program provides comprehensive, engaging, results-driven online instruction.
Graduates of the BARSMARTS online program are invited to participate in BARSMARTS Advanced, a daylong session providing education and hands-on mixology instruction, plus testing and certification.
THE BAR WORLD OF TOMORROW
In May of 2020, in partnership with our global sustainability ambassadors the Trash Collective and the Sustainable Restaurant Association, we launched the Bar World of Tomorrow – a free online course available to all legal-drinking aged adults and housed on UNITAR’s (United Nations Institute for Training and Research) EducateAll platform.
The course covers all aspects of sustainability and responsibility - from fresh ingredient use to responsible serving of alcoholic beverages to waste management - directly aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is based on four pillars (ingredients, service, bar and staff) and the 5Rs model: Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Respect.
